Terms of service are subject to change at any time. Commissioner is only subject to the terms and prices agreed upon at time of the transaction.

I reserve the right to decline commissions for any reason

Commissions are for Personal Use only. The commission may not be sold/redistributed or used for any commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed on prior to payment.

AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.

If posting commission to social media or if commission is used as a profile picture on social media, the artist must be credited

By commissioning a NSFW commission, commissioner agrees that they are 18+. If commissioner is found to be a minor in the process of the commission, commission will be cancelled without a refund.

Agreed payment must be paid through agreed platform before work on commission begins

Commission, payments, and fees are listed in USD.

Commissions above $200 USD may be paid in two installments with the final payment due 4 weeks after the initial payment. First installment must be at least 50% of the final commission price and paid within 10 days. Failure to fully pay for the commission by the 4 week mark may result in the cancellation of the commission with no refund.

All other commissions below $200 USD must be paid in full within 10 days or the commission will automatically be declined unless a previous agreement has been made between the artist and commissioner.

Additional Characters: +50% each of base commission cost

Complex/Background/Foreground components: Price will vary. All commissions come with a plain color background at no additional cost.

Privacy Fee: A $25 USD privacy fee applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.

Rush Fee: A $10 USD fee applies if the deadline is within 2 weeks of commission request being sent. If the deadline is not met, the rush fee will be refunded.

Revisions are only available during check-ins

Revisions during the sketch and rough color check-ins come at no cost. Revisions due to an error on the artist’s part will be corrected at no cost.

During the rendering phase of the artwork, minor changes may be made within reason. Larger changes may require additional fees or a new commission.

Major changes may not be made once final artwork is sent.

The artist makes it their priority to complete commissions within a timely manner. Timeline of commissions vary depending on the complexity of the artwork as well as personal matters.

I take pride in the quality of my work and there is no guarantee a commission will be finished by a certain date unless a deadline is agreed on prior to payment.

The commissioner may request an update on the commission at any point.

Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.

Rush Fee: If paying the rush fee, the commissioner has requested a deadline within 2 weeks of sending the commission request. The rush fee will be refunded if the deadline is not met. Work on commissions with an applicable rush fee will continue even if I do not receive a response to communications/check-ins within 48 hours of messages being sent.

I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.

You may cancel your commission request before payment is made.

Full refunds will only be given if I cancel the commission at any point in time unless the terms of service has been violated by the commissioner.

Partial refunds may be issued if the commissioner cancels the commission prior to the first check-in being sent.

Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.

Place you on a blacklist.

Result in a formal complaint against you.

Breaking these terms may result in a permanent blacklist that may be shared with other artists
