After filling out the form/emailing, please allow for 2-3 days for a reply. I will reply to you regardless of whether or not I accept your commission! If you do not receive a reply, please contact me again through email; or DM on Tumblr, TikTok, or Bluesky

Work will begin on the commission once payment is received

Check-ins: Two check ins will be sent: one for the sketch, and one with flat colors. At this time, changes can be made to the work.

Simple flat backgrounds come with no additional cost, cost of additional components varies.

Neither commissioner nor artist can share the work on social media.

Terms of service and prices are subject to change at any time. You are only subject to the terms and prices agreed upon at time of the transaction

I can refuse a commission for any reason.

The main method of communication preferred is e-mail, but may be done via DMs in Tumblr, Bluesky or TikTok

Commissions are for personal use only. The commissioner may not sell/redistribute or use the commission for any commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed on prior to payment.

I retain the right to my art, meaning I may post/use it for prints unless other agreements have been made and if a privacy fee has been paid.

I will not sell prints on my stores containing real people (non-celebrity) or OCs

Privacy Fee: If paying the privacy fee, commission can NOT be posted on social media by neither me nor the commissioner. However, use of the commission as a profile picture, header, or wallpaper is still permitted. Fee will not be refunded if commissioner breaks these terms.

If posting commission to social media or if commission is used as a profile picture on social media, artist must be credited.

Payments will only be accepted through PayPal in USD via invoice unless otherwise agreed upon between artist and commissioner.

Once commission is accepted, an invoice will be sent via PayPal to commissioner and must be paid in full within 10 days.

Work on commission will only begin once invoice is paid.

If invoice is not paid within 10 days of being sent, the commission will automatically be cancelled unless previously agreed upon between artist and commissioner

Rush Fee: If paying the rush fee, commission is guaranteed within two weeks of payment.

I take pride in the quality of my work and there is no guarantee a work can be finished by a certain date unless deadline is agreed on prior to payment.

Changes to commission can be made during check-ins.

After final check-in is approved, please keep in mind that changes become more difficult to make as I render the piece. Minor changes may be made within reason. Larger changes may require additional fees or a new commission.

Major changes may not be made once final work is sent.

By commissioning a NSFW commission, commissioner agrees that they are 18+. If commissioner is found to be a minor in the process of the commission, commission will be cancelled without a refund

Full refund will only be given if I cancel the commission at any point in time unless terms of service is violated at any point by the commissioner

No refunds will be issued once first check in is sent.

Partial refunds may be issued if commissioner cancels commission prior to first check-in being sent.
